missions

Missions - I've been thinking about this for quite some time. It's one of those things that's been sitting in the recesses of my mind, merely gathering dust. I want to take that childhood dream out again; I want to make plans to be active in my pursuit of it.

I've begun that process - I've applied for a passport. The first step in following the Lord's leading. Maybe I'll only spend a few short weeks ministering overseas, maybe it'll be months, maybe years...I don't know, but I want to be faithful to His calling. I want to go where He sends me and likewise, I want to be willing to stay if He doesn't. That's the key - being blessed and satisfied wherever He sees fit.
