servant

I want to be a servant Lord.
-- Do you? Do you really want to be a servant?
Yes, Lord - I want to serve you with all that I am.
-- But are you willing to serve me through others?
Of course Lord, whatever you call me to do.
--Then be willing to sacrifice your time, your money, and your desires to help my children in need. Be willing to go out of your way to show kindness, grace, and mercy. Love those who are hard to love and be near to those who want to be pushed away. Reach out to the rejected; pray for those in pain; minister to the miserable. Show them my love and do it with a fervent spirit. Do all this with my help, and you will learn to serve.

wow - I think the Lord revealed something to me this weekend...
